Springbrook RV is not liable for any damage, loss, theft, or vandalism that may occur while vehicles are stored at our facility.

Liability

By utilizing our storage services, customers acknowledge and agree that Springbrook RV shall not be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that occurs during the storage period, including but not limited to:

• Theft or vandalism
• Mechanical failures of stored vehicles

Insurance Requirement

We strongly recommend that all customers carry their own comprehensive insurance policies for any vehicles, RVs, or boats stored on our premises. We do not provide insurance coverage for stored items, and storage at our facility is at the customer’s own risk.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any service without prior notice. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to storage policies.
